Just wanted to send a quick message to say how grateful we are that you were able to carry out our move for us on Monday. In particular we were blown away by how good Mark and Phil were - they worked tirelessly for almost eleven hours, doing the work of three men, to get us fully settles, even though they had to go up and down two flights of stairs at both properties.

Nevertheless, they were good humoured and professional all day, and indulged every request we had, no matter how awkward. They were excellent ambassadors for Minters and I would recommend you to absolutely anyone who asked!

As you can probably guess, trying to move during lockdown has been hugely stressful (not to mention all the issues with Mounts), so the fact that we are now in our new place and can get on with making a home here is testament to you and your staff. Thank you.
